Halloclown ate too many of Jack-O's lanterns and is now glowing. He has captured one of the mice taunting Phantro. You can hear a feint laugh and see his glow in the distance around October. Make sure you leave out a Jack-O-Lantern every Halloween so your home will be spared from a clowning.
