Chester is an old mobster that tried to get out after robbing his boss Tony. When Tony found out he gave him cement shoes and sank him off the pier at Mythic Beach. Chester was reawakened by the very weak magic of "King Gup". If you tickle a skeleton in their slumber with enough air bubbles, they will awake. Now he has bigger problems as a handsome squid attacks and a pup chases his bones. Maybe he will get a second chance if he manages to get out of this mess.
